In case there are any others needing a little extra help I would recommend these two books in particular the first, you can go through it on your own easily enough.
There are two books that I have; the first and the most easily understood is: The Mindfulness and Acceptance Workbook for Depression By Kirk D. Strosdahl, Patricia J. Robinson I found this extremely useful, and easy to read and to follow.
The second is: The Happiness Trap By Dr Russ Harris This one while equally as good I found it a bit more of a struggle to read and to concentrate on. [Probably just me as when I am unwell concentration and focus are a problem. The symptoms or the results of depression are legion.] This one would be interesting reading even if you are not ill.
