Oh my goodness!!!

I've just seen this post and wow was I shocked!!!

I feel very humble to have 2 of my layouts in that lovely list of creations...
It has completely made my weekend and I really needed the cheering up after having an awful start to it...

Yesterday afternoon I found that someone had reversed into my car (obviously with a big towbar) and the had smashed up all the front and there were broken bits everywhere, but no note from the culprit.

Í burst into tears on the spot and after picking up all the smashed up bits from the road, I pulled myself together to head off to pick up DD from school and decided to take her to the local produce to pick up some animal feed.

While we were visiting the mini farm they have there, we were confronted with one of our favourite mummy turkeys in residence, desperately clutching her very bloodied and deceased baby in her beak.

It was almost like she was saying, please help me. We think that maybe one of the pigs, sheep, goats or ponies accidentally trod or sat on the baby turkey as they all roam together.

Being a huge animal lover DD burst into tears as we hurried off to find a staff member to retrieve the limp little guy before the regular after school crowds arrived to pet the farm animals.

Huge congrats to all of the lovely ladies who were acknowledged for April and even huger thanks for judging 2 of my layouts worthy enough to stand amongst them xx

I hope everyone has a lovely Mother's Day tomorrow xx

So excited when I found out.(Jumping for joy)............Thanks girls, with all the other gorgeous layouts/cards it would have been a hard choice, So Congrats to all the other Stars and Standouts and to all the other entrants, your creations are all so beautiful.

Linda, you poor thing. I hope your mother's day is lovely and you have a wonderful week. And you deserve to be lauded your scrapping is terrific.
