I had a little play with a MME chipboard album from Lee-Anne.

It had quite a bright fushia polka dot cover so I decided to tone it down with more heritage colours.

I inked around the edge of the pages with a soft beige and a darker brown on the cover.

I then randomly stuck in some journalling spots from a little Lush journalling pad, some Lush rhinestones brads and cut up little pieces from some MME So Sophie paper

I then mixed some beige paint with quite a bit of flow medium to thin it out and randomly painted over the pages.

I ruled some lines, added bits of doilies/lace etc, used So Sophie Clever "pretty girl" sticker alphas on the front cover and now I have a little book to keep my quotes and other bits of nice in.









Heaps of room to keep adding any little quotes and other stuff that I may find. I'll use the ruled lines, the journalling spots and also write on the patterned paper to put little bits of lovely-ness.
