If you haven't noticed lately I have a bit of a banner fetish and I thought I share with you all just how I make up some of them.

One of the ways I do it is to use stamps and of late there have been quite a few banner stamps brought out. On my happy to go back layout I have used the banners from the My Minds Eye - Lost & Found - Market Street "Adore" Stamps.



They have been stamped onto some scraps of My Minds Eye - Meadowlark - Dawn - "Toile" Paper cut out then mounted onto some My Minds Eye - Lush - Green Houndstooth Paper reverse side and adding them to my layout placed over some scrappers floss.



Another way I make them is to use my punches.



Here I have used my circle and scallop circle punches to form my banner by sticking them together and then folding them over some string.

On Asher grade 5 memory folder I have used papers from the Meadow Lark, Lush and Bloom and Grow papers.



Here is another way I make banners.



I have cut up a strip, about 2 inches wide into varying lengths and roughly cut a triangle into one end and used the banner flags for a part of my title.



The paper I used is from the Bloom and grow range.

Your banners are fantastic Julie, love the look of them, but I find it hard to incorp into layouts. wish I could, cut out many but they always get thrown out and not used............should have done Mandy's blind scrap last month!!!!

Keep trying Leanne. The great thing is that they can be made out of scraps so if you don't think they look right it is no big loss of paper.
