I suggested a body suit to Missy as she wore one a few years back but she hated it then and was just as much fuss as the costume itself. I was going to have a chat to my mum to see if she can line it somehow.

Hmmn, bodysuits come in all sorts of lyra and microfibre now..... it might depend on what the fabric was back then.....a few years ago some of the bodysuits were hopeless - I bought some for my girls and they laddered like stockings!
might be worth taking her in for a fitting and try some different ones on if you have a shop nearby. The more expensive, the softer and better quality. Worth a try cos it could be the answer to all the probs

If I was certain that Missy was going to do dancing again next year I'd think about getting a body suit but at this stage it isn't likely.

I think thats the busiest time when all the kids have end of year everythings! Between this last weekend and this weekend Paige has 3 violin concerts in different places with different people/musicians/choirs, And her last one this Sunday clashed with her singing one at the Art Gallery right at the same time! ANd they were situated so far apart that we couldnt run from one to the other like we did last year! (Plus we had our ballet production)
Its any wonder we call this the 'SILLY" season... thats just plain silly!
She's chosen to do the singing concert on Sunday instead(she's a bit voilin-ed out at the moment - two-three hours playing 'The Messiah' each time lately has got the better of her and she's a bit over it. Though Friday night I'll be sitting there listening to it. I just love watching her play anything
I've just been doing some cleaning and packing up my craft things for when DH gets home on Monday (he likes being able to use the dining room table...) then I have to pack because I'm off to Brissie tomorrow! Rediculously early flight, but it's the only way I'm going to see everyone I need to. Really looking forward to seeing my godkids - it's been way too long!
