Leg is getting better thank you Mandy. Quiet day here - there had been plans, but they got cancelled because rain was expected - but the sun is shining. Never mind quiet is good, especially as stage 2 is still going to happen: 6 17 year olds about to descend on us for the night. I've sent them shopping so there is enough sustenance in the house....

Paris

I've decided this year is the year of finishing things - so this morning I finished putting a new backing on an old picnic rug, a job that's stared at me for so long I am embarrassed to say how long it was :?

Happy Australia Day.

Had a fun day, slept in and then this afternoon the in-laws came over for afternoon tea and it was announced that there is a baby on the way. Yay happy news, so I will have another great niece or nephew.   Number 16 if you include both sides of the family.

Be well and enjoy the day.

wow Ant - that is insane - have they done some nerve damage when they pulled your teeth - that is terrible - here's hoping you feel better very very soon

Yes Mandy Tiff has arrived safe and sound - we hit the ground running today - hired a car and driver and went adventuring Tiff style (WITH CAMERA'S IN HAND) around Hollywood and then down to Santa Monica Pier for sunset - it was pretty special

We are off to the Prima day tomorrow - sorry girls I am not trying to be nasty - but I figure some of you will want to know what we are up to and convince you all that we are working over here

Sounds like you're having a great time Lee-Anne - play with lots of goodies for us!

Ant I can't believe that - did they tell you it was a risk before you had the procedure? I've been really lucky with mine so far - the one's I've had removed have all been done in the chair by my normal dentist. Hope you're feeling better soon.
