Hope you are all having a good day.
I forgot to do the set up of my camera before going to bed last night so I got dd to open up the curtains, turn on the light and got DH to take some pics on auto and a few on P. The batteries died not long after so I haven't even had a chance to look at them yet.
I got a book Digital photography for dummies. It will come in handy I for sure.
We celebrated with a bbq lunch which ended up undercover coz of light rain. I got a gorgeous miniture rose bush and a surprise ST voucher which is already spent AND can you believe I took NO photos. This would have to be the first Mother's day in a long time. Had every intention of taking some, left the camera on the table inside and remembered I needed to take some after they had all gone. Hope you all had a good one.

Happy Mothers Day everyone
I was spoiled in the morning with pressies and then spent the day watching my boys play football. Beautiful sunny day, perfect conditions to just sit and chill out on the sidelines

Well there's a plan. I get a little worried when I get a real plant as a pressie.......lots of plants die on me so I have the pressure to keep it alive seeing as it was a gift.
Woke up and hubby had cooked breakfast for us and his family, had a champagne breakky. Got some chockies, a photo frame and a couple of books, murder mysteries.
My daughters have gone back to the house the are sitting and hubby has gone to the footy so I am alone having a lovely time scrapping.
My sweet daughter bought me some lovely pressies, including a purple luggage set, a purple makeup bag and some scrapbooking goodies. Then we went shopping and she bought me lunch.
Lots of lovely days there. I was treated to breakfast out, after being given an amazing clock radio that's also a digital photo thingy, plays music from USB, cards, IPOD etc, has radio etc. Mine broke last week - CD won't play, couldn't tell what time the alarm was set for until it went off, and that was alarming (pun intended). And the sound quality on the new one is lovely, which is very nice.
Afternoon with MIL, and got photos of her with her four children, while we drank pink champagne. Noice!
