quiet day out here. I am going to tackle all the Christmas decs and then sit down at the table and do the last few pages of my dd album. I am so not going to be doing a pre scrapped one next time. I am finding it so hard.

my decorations are away! done and dusted for another year. And I'm with you... NO pre-planned DDaily for me again too! Got to try it though to find out... Way too much rearranging and adding in!
Me three on the Dec Daily although I was happy to actually complete it and just wondering if the pre-planned one was the reason for getting it completed. BUT I will go day by day next year. All my decorations are away too along with my Dec Daily. (Mandy I followed you and packed mine away with my decorations and looking forward to having it hidden for 12 mths and then looking thru it all again at the end of the year.)

hee hee... its much more funner putting it away for 12 months and seeing it with new eyes!
oh and and totally love hearing how everyone has different ideas and thoughts on how to approach the DDaily!! way cool!
ha! we should write these thoughts in the DDaily thread so we can remind ourselves for next year - I, for one have a VERY short memory - and then get halfway through something and then remember....!
Last night I got a start on some Birthday cards for during the year but I appear to have run out of white cardstock... So I think I'll be taking down the Christmas tree today and just lounging around the house.
I would love to do a DD this year - I'll pop it on my "to do" list

Been a day for more sorting out here today. I am going to have a bit of that to do in the coming weeks. Still no further with that DD album but I am determined not to do anything else till it has been finished.

Bugger on the white cardstock - lucky your favorite store owners are on their way home this week
Just a little reminder girls - we will be home for a week and then off again for 3 - 4 weeks in USA and at CHA - if you need to restock anything get an order in now so we can pack it up and get it out before we leave again
So are you opening the Babinda store this weekend or just sending post orders? Caus I'd really love some more of that "Splash" paper from Echo park too ...
I can't remember if Ivé said it yet or not but HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone! 2012 is going to be a good year for me (I hope!)..the past three have been hard
I've been making plum jam (yesterday) and mowing lawns (this morning) After all the rain we've had the grass has gone nuts! going to watch a movie and then have a go at seeing if I can still scrapbook after a couple of months of none.
Have a great day!

So much for getting into good habits early - looks like today will be another lazy day at home (and it's raining again already). Adam is moping that the yard looks like it needs to be mown again already (it's only just been a week). I guess that's what happens during wet season...
Well its yet another lazy day here, really should be pulling my finger out and working through the list of things to get done before I start work.
I'm having a bit of a sulk first though, I managed to cut in finger straight through to the nail cutting up an apple for James. It was so much safer before solids
