Morning all. How are thing this morning. I'm up early after a late night. Was tossing a turning so thought I'd just get up.

Today there isn't much planned here. I've got washing on and need to do some sorting out and apart from that I'll be scrapping. Need to start thinking about my dt projects for here.

Chop chop Julie - I'm getting impatient ;-). Seriously though, can't wait to see what you ALL come up with for Feb and hope that the break did everyone good!

Just sitting in the air con here at the moment - had breakfast, quick gym session, just finished an early lunch. We have friends coming over for a bbq later this afternoon, and Adam is mowing the lawn. Work has been crazy busy (especially for January - we were all expecting it to be relatively quiet until after school goes back) so I've just been enjoying cruisy weekends without much planned.

Hey Girls

Well it is Sunday lunch time here and we are just chillin - it snowed LOTS yesterday and today the sun has come out so I am wishing Tiff was here with her camera - I know I am not doing it justice, but we have been out driving around and snapping shots this morning - we are off to build a snowman and go on a sleigh ride looking for elks thisafternoon

so with the sunshine out the temp here has dived and it is below freezing but oh so pretty

Leg is not hurting quite so much tonight, definitely less than while the physio did her thing!

Just stuck down all the bits on a couple of spreads on DS's 21st birthday. Nearly time for bed.

Is it right that there isn't a retreat in 2012 in Cairns? Just trying to organise my year...

oh missy Julie, I hope the day goes quick for you. Not fun when you feel like that, and especially when you've got so much on your plate. Hugs bloss.

We arrived home from our holiday yesterday and now conquering Mt Washmore in the laundry - ugh!
Want to get in the garden, so much has grown since we've been away. And got some scrapping to do too!

Is your leg any better today Helen? I hope so.

Lee-Anne I cant wait to see your pics!! It sounds very exciting!

Christine you and Julie just gave me a jolt reading about the Feb challenges - I SO better get onto that too!

Need to get off here!

At this stage Helen we are looking at running a bundle of mini-retreats in Babinba, we found the ones in we did in Babinda last year were SO much more fun, not to mention a bundle cheaper for you guys - more money for scrappy supplies

Sounds like you're having a great trip Lee-Anne, and I hope you're feeling better soon Helen.

Hope your day improved Julie - sounds like you've had a run of rotten luck!

I know what you mean about the washing Mandy - I always enjoy coming home after time away but it would be better if the laundry did itself!

Well I've JUST booked flights for myself to head over to Paris for 3 weeks after Easter - it's happened very quickly (I have a friend who will be working over there for 6 weeks and the accomodation is paid for and she called me 2 weeks ago to invited me to stay with her). Not sure if the bank account will forgive me, but it was too good of an opportunity to pass up!

Thanks Lee-Anne. Any likelihood, ahem, a mini retreat might happen in April?

Pouring non-stop here for a couple of days, more tomorrow, hope everyone is ok.

Morning all. So not looking forward to the next few days out here with temps heading into the high 30's and even a couple of 40 degree days.

Today we have to go and pick up Missy's school books and then it will be of to do some food shopping and the back home to cool off before looking at another house at 4.30.

I promise I'll take lots of pics Ant - and I hope you're feeling better soon!

Is anybody doing something special for Australia Day tomorrow? We're just having a lazy morning then catching up with friends for coffee. I do hope the weather improves...
