Morning girls.
What are your plans for today and the rest of the week?
Here I am going to do some scrapping this morning. I have been asked by Michele from Purple Onion to do up some sample journal cards that can be used in Project life albums. I started some last night and hope to get the rest finished.
Is anyone doing Project life here?
As for the rest of the week. I have a few rental properties to ring up and get viewing times for, Asher starts drama classes and is back at tutoring as well.
I haven't heard about project life Julie but good luck with the rentals!
I managed to do the blue arrow this morning - it took us 2 hours 42 minutes (nearly killed me ) - totally earned breakfast at edge hill afterwards and now I think I'll go for a nap...

A good friend has been doing Project Life for a couple of years at least. I did my variation on it for one year (Project 365), but sticking to the original would have been less work and just as good. Her collection of albums is impressive -a great record of their family - a family journal in fact.

I did it for 2009 - it is a big commitment... and I finished it.. but looky - havent done another one want to - but I just cant seem to commit to it.
I've been making blackberry jam today. I keep two big bushes of them in my garden tucked away just for Hannah - she loves them and being strictly gluten and dairy free - anything that makes her happy foodwise- we do! Once the vines finish fruiting we cut them down to nothing so they are controlled. Bumper crop this year.. big (and I mean big) juicy sweet blackberries.. we all end up with purple fingers and teeth!! hee hee.. and a few scratches
Pears are just starting to ripen (they are the yellow really juicy ones) so they are next for attention - I stew them and dont need to add a thing cos they are sweet enough and bag 'em up in ziplock bags, flatten them out and freeze them. Apples will be soonish.. usually March.
Lots to do!
hmmn, makes me hungry thinking about it.. I think Shepards Pie for tea
I'm doing project life - Not doing the weekly one that everyone else is doing mine will be monthly and I have happy with doing it like that - Just makes it a bit easier to keep track of
That Jam sounds lovely Mandy!!!
Julie how's the house hunting going?

Happy house hunting Julie! Mmmmm blackberry jam..YUM! You sound like you'll be busy, Mandy
It's been a week of dental appointments here...first Sarah (on Monday) the Cameron, yesterday and today I had to take Sarah back for a Panoramic X-Ray. Turns out she has an impacted tooth that will need surgery so she's been referred to the hospital. She's been really stressing out about it....I have too, but for different reasons. I thought she might need braces ( and had a sleepless night worrying about how I would pay for them)

Oh Julz I just had my wisdom teeth taken out in hospital with a few gum graphts a few weeks ago, it was a painful ordeal and the cost was ok, not much covered by Health Insurance even though we have full cover Kinda seems pointless paying so much per month and little being covered!

Hey everyone! I just realised its been ages since I've popped in. I'm back at work now (well not today, I caught the office bug) and its been insanely busy. I am about to hunt down the challenges though and have a go at something while James is still at daycare.
