Morning girls. It is going to be a stay in day here. I have some housework to sort out and Missy has some homework to do. Depending on how she goes with her home work we may pop out this afternoon. Tonight I am scrapping and tomorrow shopping with a friend. Need to get me a new purse but nothing is jumping out at me and saying buy me so far. |

Today is a quiet one for me too. Done a bit of housework - decided to get professional oven cleaners in and the seals need replacing. Younger DD has 2 exams on Monday so lots of studying for her. Rotten hayfever is really bad this year so staying indoors seems to be the better option for me. |

Hope that hayfever gets in check...its awful Christine, goodluck with your daughters exams. Ours arent too far away here. I need a new purse too Julie... have had a look, but I want one like I've got - and weeeell, it seems impossible to find. We started rehearsal today for our next production - casting was last Thursday so today went quite well. I've got great senior girls who are fabulous help. This afternoon I've got to sort some boxes... you all could at least come and help if all you've got to do is scrap this afternoon!!!! Might scrap tonight. Got a little idea in my head that needs to come out. Paige is in Melbourne on a leadership camp - so its really quiet here!!! Darn... the rain has just started to BUCKET down, after such a beautiful morning - ugh to Tassie weather! |

Bother about that rain Mandy. It is the same here I had my washing on the line nearly all dry and it came down. What are you doing for your next production? |

Bother with the hay fever, Christine. My son suffers from it, so I know how awful it can be! Mandy, we would help with the boxes if we could. My washing got wet from the downpour, but is nearly dry again. (What do they say about the weather down here - if you don't like it, wait 20 minutes and it will change?) I have had the laziest day......still haven't taken photos of my completed layouts. Perhaps if I got off the computer, I could take some????? |

Well, most of them anyway. I did the current challenge, but think I might titivate it up a bit more before I enter it in the gallery. And I look forward to our scrap date, Mandy! |

Have had a busy weekend until this afternoon - returned a work car after a trip to Toowoomba at the end of the week, a session with DH planning a roof to keep the sun off the back of the house, cleaning. Then a really lovely morning with my niece and her family, and now back to my altered book. My sympathies for the hayfever Christine, I seem to have escaped so far this season, hope I don't jinx myself. It's warm here today. It made a maximum of 14 in Toowoomba on Friday, but with the wind, it really felt like 4 degrees. After the temps we've had here, it was quite a shock.

Another long day here and the best thing about it is that it is my day off tomorrow. It is a pain that I need to go into work tomorrow night for a meeting though. |

An early start for me today. I am still struggling with daylight savings - it and my body clock are not seeing eye to eye! Found out yesterday we are going to have an extra week off over Christmas! It's probably the wrong attitude, but yay!!!!!!! I could really use the time off, plus it is extra time for scrapping! There's not a lot going on in my little corner of the world, so really nothing to report! It has been a bit quiet on here, so thought I would put in my little bit. |

yes its been very quiet here. Daylight savings is just hmmmmn...not great. I know a LOT of people LOVE it. I just find being a night owl... going to bed earlier doesnt work well for non-sleepers... and getting up that hour earlier isnt the best either. Oh well, there's 6 months of it I noticed in an earlier post a wonderful altered book by Helenp! Wow.. thats amazing! I dont know how I missed it. Today is work work work... so better hop to the accounts - UGH! |
