OMG EPIC FAIL .... ONLY REALISED TODAY ....
I AM SO EMBARRASSED !!!!! but pmsl at the same time .....
so firstly my deepest apology if i have caused any inconvenience and pray that i did not waste your time and money !!!!
I am not even sure if you ladies have done the recipe swap in the past but i thought i would cover my butt with the possibilities.
but i have copied and pasted my Tripple choc chip muffins incorrectly when printing them for the past recipe swap club...... some you you have the right recipe, and some of you dont >.< .... i grabbed a swap card today and made the recipe and i could tell it was not how it should be as i whip these little suckers up at least once a month (for lunch box snacks) .....
AND I NEARLY FAINTED WITH EMBARRASSMENT, when the realisaztion of what i have done has kicked in !!!!
so the recipe is
Triple Choc Gobstopper muffins
1 1/4 cup of SR flour
1/4 cup of cocoa (i prefer Nestle)
60g of butter
1/2 cup of raw sugar
( you could use white i spose ...but i dont have it in my house)
1/2 of dark choco drops
1/2 cup of white choco drops
2 eggs lightly beaten
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of water
sift flour and cocoa in a bowl
rub in butter.
add sugar, choco drops, eggs, milk and water, mix well
spoon into muffins papers (3/4 of way as they do rise)
bake for 15 - 20 mins

.... but they are worth it .... i make them in mini muffins too for lunches ... just to make them stretch amongst my tribe ..... todays batch gone already .... oh well better than so many other things out there ..... not to mention money cant buy the love from my soul which is my secret weapon in these little addictive munchie maniac muffins =) that stop ya gob in your tracks!!!
