Post subject:  Easter Treat Bag Step by Step

Every Easter Asher enjoys taking in a few little treats for her school and dance teachers and I have fun putting something together for them.

Here is what you will need to make up a window treat bag.

Card stock 3 1/2 by 12 inches
Nesties or die cut template for tracing
Coordinating papers and embellies

Here are the steps I took to make it up.

Step 1

Position your nestie or template over your card stock towards one end with equal borders from all three edges. Cut it out. This will be the window for the bag. Save the piece cut out as we will be using that for the top flap.

Step 2

Score and fold at 5 and 7 inches.

Step 3

Place the die cut for the flap on over top edge and mark on it just where you will need to score it for the flap fold.

Step 4

Decorate the front of the bag before adding the flap with paper and embellish.

Here is another version. For this one I have used a smaller die to cut out a matching window piece and trimmed it to decorate the front.

Here is what I have used to make this bag.
Mint card stock
Paper from the Prima celebration 6 by 6 pad
Prima lace

Have fun making yours.
