I had quite a few photos and some journalling that I wanted to get onto 1 page so I've added an extension to the top of my LO using some yummy BG papers.
I've cut a piece of Kraft cardstock 6"x12" and the BG doily Green at Heart 6 x 12 and glued the Basic Grey to the kraft and then cut along the "scalloped" edge of the doily paper and inked with Tim Holtz Rusty Hinge. I've then folded over 1" at the top of this and attached this 1" flap to the back at the top of my base page which is Basic Grey Green at Heart (seedling). Flap attached.... Back of page...... Front with flap up..... Front closed..........
The idea is to create a LO which looks complete when the flap is closed and also just as complete when the flap is up. I usually just pop these LO's into the plastic sleeve with the flap outside.
Other Basic Grey products used......Green at Heart Element stickers, Green at Heart Alphas, and these BG rub-ons. Also added paper doilies, paint, and doodled around the stickers to make them stand out a bit.
