Each year (and doesnt matter how old they are ) I like to scrap a Christmas list for my girls that they can fill out, its a record of what they were thinking and wishing for in a particular year... and they laugh at some of their previous ones (just as they probably will laugh at these later on )
The alpha is Echo Park Season's Greetings Element Stickers Lost and Found Union Square Favorites Trim Red Tinsel I've mounted the numbers on foam tape and you can decorate the top of the list with ivy or pine if you've got stickers, or cut some out (print off the web etc) and add a couple of red bows
On a side note- with the Echo Park Times&Seasons Lovely Notables the numbers go up to six. Cutting out one line across of numbers gave me enough for two lists. (Good if you had many kids to create for!! ) Also this would be great for numbers on a december daily....
ALSO - how cool would it be after cutting out a line of numbers to flip the paper over and use as a cheap stencil for a banner with ink/mist!!!
Love these Mandy!! Hahaha about Paige with the phone. Gotta give her credit for trying!! hehehe But I'd be the same with my kids and a phone. Good on you for sticking to your guns and not giving in!!
Love the tinsel and other embellishments, Mandy. Our lists lately have been really simple IE: an old envelope or scrap piece of paper Not really scrap-worthy.
A few years ago I made a cardstock decorated "stocking" for mine to put their wish lists into. I wonder where that's gone....
