The kids and I had a ball with this one. Its easy and takes only 5 minutes with the result that lasts forever. Easy to describe by photos. To get this end result of my daughter and her younger brother's hands ![]() You do these steps ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() And its done. Or, you could try using the first hand as a negative stencil. ![]() ![]() You could leave it there like that, or add to it. ![]() ![]() ![]() Could do it with baby's hands, your kids feet, Father and Son, Mother and Daughter. etc etc etc. So go on, get some mist on their hands and go for it. ps.... all colour was washed off the hands with Salvol soap. I've cut out the hands stamp, raised it on foam tape, used an Ali Edwards digi overlay and Prima bloom and vines. ![]() Mists used are Tim Holtz Perfect Pearls Mandarin. and Tattered Angels Patina Glimmermist. Prima. This is not the actual vine but its very very similar, just without the glittertips. Medley Copper Vine Nicole Dusk bloom |

Both hands of top of eachother is a cool way to show the different in size as they were growning up - a fun new perspective on the traditional handprint - great idea - thanks Tiff. |

funny you say that Christine.... I lined up all the mists so the kids could see them and let them choose whatever colour they wanted..... lucky for me they picked a complimentary choice of colours. phewwwwwww. |

What a great idea Tiff! I've done the paint/press on paper with the kids when they were little...but using G/Mist adds that little dimension |

A beautiful idea (I like the stamped hand over the masked hand the best) and I love what you've done with it. But I have absolutely no chance of convincing my son to do this LOL! |
