Well, I made one! Absolutely thrilled with it. Thanks again Karen for your idea and instructions. I would never in a million years have thought to make something like this. Also thanks Lee-Anne for the idea of the little jewelly/treasure box for a little girl. The advent calendar didn't do it for me, but the jewellry box sure did!
Woolworths must think they have a pyromaniac on their hands with all the matches I have bought!
Mine is a little rough around the edges, but I am sure one little girl will love it. I have 2 more to make and after I mod podge them, I will put their name on it.

One of the girls at work wants an advent calendar for her little one, so I will get to do an advent calendar after all! So far I have made 2 1/2 jewellery boxes.
