Deb you are a braver girl than me - the pizza boxes in time will go mouldy if stored out of air con for too long - please please please smother them im mod podge or something similar if using them for album covers
Hmmmmm......I didn't know that about the mould BUT in saying that, I always cover them well with mod podge or a sealer so I hope that keeps them safe. How is the pizza box card different to any other cardboard or is there a risk all round?
Well here is mine as simple and easy as it may be. I'm looking forward to getting into it. I'm thinking coz the book's fairly small, I might just decorate it all as I go and not add dates or anything yet.....they might just have to get squeezed in whereever they will fit iykwim. The pic on the front cover is just cut from this G45 paper. I've cut out the Santa for something else so thought I could use this little section for my cover. I've got Kraft cardstock on the inside covers. I pulled out the following papers from my stash and thought the colours would work ok. My base pages are actually some canvas I had had for ages so I just cut out smaller pieces of the patterned papers to sit as the "matt" for each page....just mixed them up. MME Lost and Found Rosy remember lovely. MME Lost and Found blush beautiful girls labels (I've used both sides - the label side to cut out to hold my dates) Fancy Pants my Family "Aunt" - the plain green side of this. Cosmo Cricket early bird "Ribbon Sandwich" green side of this. I've also added a yellow MME pp as well but it was only a small piece so not many pages done in that but it just breaks up the red, brown and greens.

You are right about embellies etc, add them when you actually fill in your page on the day.
I'll take some piccies soon and try get my pages up by tonight... let me just say - I WISH I HAD MORE transparencies!! I've used some scrap bits and totally love the effect of these

Here's December 1 - 14
Dec 2 is bit of an old hamley transparency I had
Dec 2 lifted so you can see it better...
Dec 3 I've actually given this date 2 pages because I know we have a lot on that day
Dec 4-5 the 5th is just a small insert - a 4x6cm for something different Its great to play with all sorts of sizes, it can make the book more interesting
Dec 5th lifted so you can see it better
Dec 6 - 7 the 6th is the flip side of the smaller page.
Dec 8 - 9 I had photographed the 9th and thought I'd finished for the day, thats why there isnt any pages behind it.. then later on went back and carried on You can see that the 9th is a smaller portrait 6x4cm size too.
Dec 10-11
Dec 12 -13 the use of another transparency scrap I had for the 13th.

They are. I have got pages 1-4 semi sorted. Will prob embellish more once pics are on them. I have done mine 31/2 x 6 inches so one piece of the 6 by 6 papers cut in half does two pages.
up to page 15 , just doing it whilst watching TV tonight, i think i said my poges 6x6, will just use a small photo as some i havent thought about room for a photo when stickign paper down!! just using stickers and paper atm. have included a few of the 6x4 journal cards just randomly , simialr to you mandy, but i have used that as extra to journal, instead of having it as my page fpr that day.
do we just upload pics into here? do u want to see them all?

Thats fabulous Belinda! It comes together easy doesnt it I'll be putting whatever size photo my page needs when I go to do it and just work around the basic page i've got, then dress it up. If you want to add an extra photo/journalling but dont have room (will prob do this cos its worked really well in my other Dec D's) is put a flap into your page .
