Happy Mother's Day to you all.
I'm loading up a pic that my DH took of the kids squeaky kissing me this morning so I'd share the Tim Tam stash.

awwww. Karen. what a lovely shot. What if you cropped that in the portrait perspective (up and down rectangle). That would cut of most of the cars. You might even be able to crop out that tape on the post as well behind your right shoulder. The important thing is, its YOU in the photo with YOUR child. Hope you are having a wonderful day!!!!

lol. this was take two. I'm very lucky that they (DH and kids) are patient with me as I was just not happy with the first lot of shots with the kids kissing me. I'm my own worst critic!!!

at least with digital you can see straight away and reshoot. rather than back in the film days wait for the film to come back and then find out

sooooo Mandy........ have you been in front of the camera today???? 8)

Yes....

You'll laugh... Im afraid my settings didnt last on the camera by the time Paige played with them... but oh well -
Here I am playing the Wii. As much as I tried to organise my kids into a photo with me... they just couldnt get themselves together! Its a bit dark but better than nothing!

So here we are in our living room where all the play station and now the Wii etc are kept... DH and I bowling and I won!!! 190 - 136!!! Rare to get him in a pic!!!

good to see you gave it a go chicky dee. One of the reasons its dark as the camera used the window to work out the exposure. Just to see the difference (and I know its too late today) stand by the window tomorrow and shoot into the room. just watch out for your shadow. that should brighten it up a little bit.

but, I'm proud of you. You gave it a shot. And that's all I asked. So give yourself a pat on the back!!!!

(goodo to see the DH in a shot with you too) 8) 8) 8)

Here is mine.

Forgot to play with the camera the night before so got DH to take a couple on P and a few on Auto. This is one of the P ones I think.

And here is one that I snapped of both of us later on in the afternoon.
