Hi all I am back in cold Canberra after swanning it up there in FNQ in the warmth....I certainly felt the cold last night

I just wanted to say thanks for the retreat and for the enthusiam for the class I taught...... you were all wonderful

it was so awesome ...loved it all there is so much to do and see and we have been there now for 4 years and still want to see more

I am a sook though - I love the place but wouldn't do summer - I think I would melt...though last night with my electric blanket on 3 for a while I remebered winter here......

I got back in last night too and it was freezing stepping off that plane into Tassie weather.........
though with that said - its a glorious day today!!!! Chilly but that sun is soooo shining!!

It is lovely gettting that warm reprieve in FNQ Carol - soooo agree with you there!!! :P My electric blanket was fired up the minute I walked into the house (at 11.30pm last night!)

sigh........

holiday over :(

Apparently it didn't make 12 degrees in Brisbane yesterday :shock: Bit hard to tell in a temperature controlled building, but wow!

This is just the best time of year up here & I'm loving every minute! We spent the day out at Innot Hot Springs on Sunday looking at a camper trailer & it was a glorious day :biggrin: . Going camping at O'Briens Creek near Mt Surprise in a couple of weeks so better pack the winter woolies :wink: ...

Make sure you pack your winter woolies alright Vicki and Lee-anne its freezing up there though they do have toilets and fire hot showers which is a bonus I suppose!!
