Hi there all. Late check in for me today as I went out for dinner after work. Long day and I now have a headache so will be checking emails and going to bed.

Hi everyone.
A few weeks ago I posted about my skin cancer near my eye....well I just got it removed yesterday afternoon. Will get the pathology results on Tuesday.
I am soooo relieved it is over, that I am in the mood to scrap, so I will be checking out the June challenges this weekend.

Oh Ceci!! We have our fingers and toes totally crossed for you bloss!!
Let us know how you get on.
With that part over, you can enjoy your weekend now. (((hugs)))
My weekend is cleaning up my house. Since being stuck at either the studio or the theatre... someone has picked up my house, turned it upside down and shook it!!!!
UGH! if only I can find the energy... has ANYONE got ANY tips how to motivate getting housework done????????

The only house cleaning tip I can give you Mandy is don't worry cause it doesn't matter how long it takes you to get around to doing it....it will always wait for you

Feel like I'm still recovering from all that crafting last weekend It's been cool but fine here today. Visited a friend nearby and had a walk in the sun. Made a card for our sister's birthday, and a cake, and some apple thingys and am now guarding them from the hungry hordes until we see her tonight. Avoiding the housework too Mandy. Just means I'll have to do it tomorrow, of course.
Will now wrap present - beautiful yarn, scarf pattern and needles from the textile art fair last week. She'll have it finished by tomorrow night!

It's been a lovely wet day here in Perth today - stayed fine for the sheets & towels to get almost dry on the line, just finishing them off in the dryer now. Was pretty wet at netball this morning, my youngest had a great game again - today's game was more fun than usual as she and her BFF play for a club this year, and they were versing their old school team today! Glad that we thrashed them (is that wrong of me? LOL!).
Got my housework almost finished, just waiting for DD#2 to empty the dishwasher so I can reload it, then I need to wash the floors. Tomorrow I'll just have to get all the clothes washed & ironed, and the rest of the day is mine - which is good, I have some DT stuff I need to do, including some fun new stuff from Twiddleybitz that I can't wait to get started on (have to do stuff for my LSS first which I can't really be bothered with!).
Hope everyone has a lovely evening, whatever they're doing!
