Here is your sketch for this month, just a simple outline for you to base your layout on. You can turn it upside down or on its side and add as much to it as you like.
Criteria: Use on your layout - Stitching (machine, hand or fake eg doodling, rub-on's etc)
So your challenge is to simply create a layout based on the sketch and including the criteria to be in the running for the monthly prize.
For my first LO I have used the sketch in the above position and for my base I've used Fancy Pants Dancing Girl (Dream dancer) paper. For the for the ruffled trim I've used FP Rusted Sun (Strips). I've machine stitched on this one making an extra frame around the photo and have also stitched through the ruffled trim. I've also added FP Glitter cuts (Pink scallop frame) and some ric rac from FP Sweet Pea Ribbon and some FP Dancing girl buttons along with some Prima flowers, paint, paper doily, AC thickers and EchoPark For the Record Alpha Stickers.
I then turned the sketch upside down, moving the embellies to the bottom of the photo. For this LO I used FP My Family (mother) both sides, FP Ball Trim, FP My Family (cards) for the journalling spot. On this LO, I've used all 3 types of stitching, machine stitched border & random stitching on LO, hand stitching on the buttons and doodled stitching around the checked patterned paper and the photo. I've also added MME Lime Twist Twine, Li'l Davis outlined chipboard alpha, misting and stamping. Pages must be newly created solely for the use of this challenge and may not be used in any other challenge until winners are announced. All entries are due by midnight of the last day of the month. The winner will receive a $25 Scraptherapy Voucher, which will be valid for one month from the date of issue. If vouchers are not able to be used within that time for some reason the voucher can be RAK'd to a friend for their use.
