Well no birdie photos for me today. Put out the seed and they were very slow to come then 1 phone call after another - they'd been, filled their tummies and gone. I even tried to take the phone outside and juggle the camera as well but wasn't gonna happen today. I'm sure my neighbours must wonder at times.

deb! I totally understand you! maybe what we need to dooooooooo - is buy one of those little green safari suits and bird hat with the twigs all over them and then do the crawl along the ground with our camera to sneak up on the little buggers!
MAYBE we neeeeeeed one of those little huts - the camaflouge ones with the branches all round them with a peeky hole that the bird watchers sit in!!!

Teehee......I like the sound of this......could be fun. My neighbours and passer-by's are a bit concerned already.......this would probably just confirm it for them.

LOL Mandy!
Well...I entertained the idea of getting me a nice Canon DSLR while getting some photos printed at Harvey Normans. Shame the creditors wouldn't let me have it.
Back to reality..and my point and shoot....

heh heh heh... Do we have the same neighbours too Deb
I feel like they have peeky-holes they look through (they are an older couple - a bit like the neighbours 'Samantha' off 'Bewitched' has except 'he' is the sticky beak and gossip!)
PS: I'd really love a new DSLR too Julia... but it aint gonna happen anytime soon. Too many other things on the list
