I went easy this year Julie.... 'The Wizard of Oz'.. its narrated and I did it back in 1997 so have a quite a bit of the 'stuff' still and found at the backs of the beyonds in the storage room...talk about a forage and a half - had to bring in dh's muscle! LOL.
Hannah's a fabulous student, who takes her studies very seriously, is respectful etc etc, but she loathes school. So yes, the end of her time today cant come soon enough (got to say I totally understand...I didnt like school either) Paige is a totally different kettle of fish! LOL!
THe sun is shining bright today... its LOVELY! Dont envy you with all those littlies inside!! Just have to be very resourceful! Hey, I know... get in a dance teacher! Movement to music or something!
Where exactly are the weeks disappearing too??? I've started helping at a local charity with fundraising and collecting and its keeping me very busy as we are planning a major fundraiser in a couple of weeks time. Add that to starting markets and applying for a new job for next year it has been crazy busy.
Ant- I can't believe Cody is two already!! That has gone so quickly.
Gypsy - That photo is gorgeous Maybe she will be a vet like her mum.
Mandy - I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Wizard of Oz - my parents took me to see the stage show in Brisbane when I was 5 and I still remember Dad & I jumping out of our skins every time the Wicked Witch appeared on stage with a bang and a cloud of smoke!
We slept in this morning then went out to Paronella Park - it was a little wet but they supplied umbrella's which was GREAT because we forgot to take out own! Didn't realise you get 2 years entry for the ticket you pay for - will definitely have to take the next lot of visitors as well (and go for the night tour).
Snorkelling again tomorrow - I hope the weather is ok!

I would definitely go back!

Gypsy, you know they say "A picture is worth a thousand words" .
Snorkelling is off today - just called the company and there is thunder & lightening (not such a good idea to be in water...). It kinda sucks though because my mate leaves Tuesday morning (and I still have to work tomorrow) so we couldn't reschedule.
Anyone have any wet weather activity ideas for Cairns? We managed to do almost everything on our "List", and the only thing I can think of is a trip to the movies...
