OK girls, our first letter for December is the letter K.

The challenge is for you to be inspired by a word starting with the given letter and create a LO showing somewhere on your layout the word that your LO was inspired by. This can be in the title or in your journalling (we need to be able to see it).

The extra criteria for this layout is to add scallops/scollops (that would be the decorative variety not the potato or seafood variety ) to your page.

I have started making something a little special for my grand daughters each year for Christmas. Last year I did the advent calender and this year I made them a book with Christmas carols and songs in it. Turned out to be a bit of a marathon but I eventually got it done although things didn't go completely to plan.......anyhoo they have it now. So my "K" word is keepsakes (Hopefully the girls will hold on to these and have good memories of them).

That is really beautiful! K is a letter I am not sure about, so glad we have extra time over Christmas. Maybe I can scrap a page about all the extra 'kilos' I will put on this month!
