Bec. just to clarify what setting are you on. I'm guessing AV where you select the size of the aperture and the camera controls the shutter speed for you by looking at your info? Is that right?

I think I'd better read my manual. hehehe
I am going to find my old camera (pre digi) and see if I can work it out from there and if I can't I will read the manual. Which I probably should have done earlier. LOL
It was so much easier with my vintage camera!!

Hi sorry been a bit quiet lately Christmas is really not my thing
hope this is in the right thread there seem to be a few christmas lights one some lovely peolpe let me take some photos of their decorations

how cool Gypsy. spesh the one of the Father Christmas on all three segments of the display..... looks like he's on a swing. you done so well with these. well done.

ohhh and how ornate is that train. I love the angle you've chosen.... gives a feeling of depth in the shot instead of being parallel to it.
