Sounds like its a bit wet everywhere atm. I had to drive thru flood water in my getz yesterday to get caidin to daycare. Very scary. But we made it. Got my photos developed for the sketch challenge, now to put it all together.
Hope everyone stays safe and has a lovely week.

hi girls...its sooo good to see you all here!
wow all that rain! Not us... been nice! you can keep your rain!
(we'll get enough of it for winter soon enough)
It seems when all of you have yucky weather - we have warm sunny weather!

Ouch with the foot Julie.
bugger the brolly Julia - dont get drenched!
unpacking- packing Christine... not sure which one is the better one!
Sarah - you are brave. driving through flood waters..dont think i'd do it!
Ant, I so know what you mean with weather affecting mood... I feel like this in mid winter... its horrible. Our winter is way too long.
Whats the new project Helen now that you have finished your niece's album?
Deb, you can keep your rain!! do not send it my way! :P

we are really busy here... just got way much on and work has been so busy - half the load is paperwork and I cant tell you how much I loathe that.

I am hearing you on the Paperwork Mandy - blah - I am seriously overdue with the BAS! Still plugging thru

I have a serious hankering to go clubbing - must be a midlife crisis about to happen but I think it is time for a few drinks and dance the night away - shame I cant dance to save myself

A few drinks would do me good too Lee-Anne but I'm definitely not a clubber or a dancer! Just got home from local scrap night - I finished Julie's card challenge but will have to upload pics tomorrow.

Morning all. My foot has healed nicely and I'm back to work today. I hope that it goes quickly.

I have a friend checking out a house for me this afternoon. It is a newer one so I will prob be putting in an application for it not like the one we checked out on Monday. Old and run down with things needing fixed up all over the place.

I'm off in an hour so just popping in to say BYE! I'm feeling real nervous but sure I'll be okay once I'm on the bus.

Have been sooo tired this week - one of the girls very nicely gave me an early mark this afternoon and I had a managed a nap! I'm heading out to dinner soon with everyone from work, and then I'm hoping tomorrow goes quickly! Bring on the weekend!

Raining here today! Much worse on the coast though.

Next project Mandy - hmmm I will probably do another save job on an old album. It's going to take me years to get through them. While I'm doing that I'll probably just do cards, use up some leftovers.

How did the house go Julie? Helped my sister unpack a couple of boxes tonight, from her last move which was over a year ago. Funny how it's quite fun when it's not your own stuff

Not quite so much fun when it's your own Helen! I realised that a couple of boxes of books that got moved this time where still in their original packing boxes from 4 years ago... oops. Might be time to go through the study and get rid of a few things :-)

Just had dinner at C'Est Bon in the city - lovely meal, their set menu was very affordable although I was a little disappointed with the creme caramel that I had for dessert. I love that the group I work with are so sociable - I'm having fun discovering lots of cafes and restaurants that I would have otherwise walked past!

Just veging tonight. Came across Patty Grazini paper sculpture on the web - check it out for a bit of arty paper inspiration.
