Afternoon girls. It is just me at home today and I have been productive. Manged to do up a card for a friend who is leaving work and then spent an hour or so in the garden attacking some more of the front garden bed. It is getting there slowly. I am going to see if the landlord would mind if I clip one of the trees out front right back so that I can get in under neath it. It hangs right down to the ground and it is no point pulling out the grass around it and then just leaving the rest as I can't get into it.

OOooh Helen your book looks absolutely fascinating!! What a lovely piece of work!

Pull that grass Julie!! hee hee.. hope the Landlord agrees, I'm sure he will knowing you will be looking after his garden properly.

Finally all the exams at the studio are over.. and today I spent organising my dining room and choosing new fabric for curtaining/blinds etc. Its looking lovely! I bought 6 lovely old dining chairs off 'gumtree' (how fabby is that!!) and they are PERFECT! very happy... now to think about getting the curtains made! Guess what!??? They are going to be GINGHAM!
red! :P :P (i think)

Work for me today and so not looking forward to it. Boss has been away for 8 weeks and there has been a few issues happen while she was away that the committee have stepped in on and I don't think she will like it.

Hope you all have a great day.

Cooled down here a lot today - bring on the rain for my poor garden :)

Mandy the book has been a WIP for about 2 years, and i have finally been inspired to finish it. Its theme is black and white, and it has a MESSAGE  so it's potentially a bit preachy. I've struggled with it, but really just gave up the struggle and am now getting on with it

Hope you had fun with those boxes Mandy.

I'm going to veg out on the computer tonight and will be in bed earlyish. Tomorrow is my day off and it is a busy one. Am popping into work for my co workers leaving morning tea and sticking around to take her to lunch and then do some girly stuff with Asher before her Chiro appointment.

 I can feel my ears burning right now as my mil is probably cursing me. I usually do her food shop every second Wednesday and I had to ring her to say that I couldn't do it as I had a full on day and will be doing my own food shop in a hurry after work on Thursday night.

LOL I'm a few box less now... but still many to go!

Your MIL should be grateful you do it for her, and surely she'd understand if you get snowed under ever now and then.

Art here this morning, then off to the hairdressers. I need a lift me thinks.
Wasnt at all well yesterday, and after a long nights sleep, feel much better today, but now have Hannah home sick. sigh.

Where is everyone??? Say hello if you are dropping by :P

Morning all.

MIL is a law onto her self Mandy and after all that has happened with Craig and I this past year she probably hates me but I'm not bothered by it. They (FIL too) both are not worth getting stressed over.

Do pop in ans say hi if you are about girls.

Lee-Anne said something about the site being down, but none of us ST found that it was... hmmn...

I'm sure the house inspector if a parent...would understand... surely?
What a pain anyway.

Got hair done, feels soo much better! (now just got to wash it and do my own thing with it.... why to they 'pooooof' it up so much! )
