Ombre is really 'in' at the moment ... thats where the colour is faded at the top and moves down to a darker shade. So I know thats a trend becoming popular.
I did write to Lee-Anne my thoughts a couple of days ago on what I've seen...
MME ranges so far http://mymindseye.typepad.com/blog/ – its seems ‘same ole’, it just isn’t ‘new’, not just the patterns but colour combos are the same
Cosmo Cricket - scroll through the blog and see the new ranges http://cosmocricket.typepad.com/cosmo_cricket/ much to like. I like 'Sweet Disposition and Honky tonk' Brights scrappers might like Cosmo Crickets 'Summer Love' - it has the ombre in it Not so in love with 'TV Dinner'
I’m looking forward to seeing what Maya road might put out… nothing yet.
Glitz Designs ‘Unchartered Waters’ and ‘love you madly’ are gorgeous. http://glitzitnow.com/blog/ theres that ombre again!
Simple Stories has some great boy stuff out and of course the 'snap' products. 'Vintage Bliss looks almost exactly like the MME Miss Caroline etc releases! Very surprised at this. Miss Caroline was a big winner for MME last year, so maybe SS will do well out of this if people arent already over it. Its nice though. http://simplestories.typepad.com/
arghhh this is the third time i've typed this now.. I'm hoping that get to actually post it this time..That will teach me for hitting the wrong button..
I am loving lots of the New Tim Holtz goodies that ahve been revealed so far... but this is really no surpirse lol..
I Love the worn book covers, and the gorgeous new paper pad.. and yay an 8x8 sized paper pad! Ohh and the mixed size pack of tissue tape... oh ok pretty much everything on that page... (ohh dear my poor bank account)
And i really like the mini ticket strip and filmstrip die.. and the stacked words.. ohhh and the torn paper and note book edge die, ohhhh and the view master reel die!! ( yay!!)
Loving the door trims (pediments) in this set, ohh and the Eiffel Tower, and the mini pocket watch..the new Alpha, and postage stamp and i just can't help but giggle at the little moustache..
The alpha parts are gorgeous Mandy... They are sticky back plastic, and they are so nice, and you can paint them as well... I can see they will be added to my stash of the previous two sets of alpha parts from previous releases...
Ohh I think I have gone to heaven.... These all of them are on my growing wish list... The paints( these just look to cool) bigger jars of rock candy!! ( yay these are awesome) and the burlap panels..
