My take on the Feb technique challenge....I stuck down photos, a My Little Pony serviette and a heart paper doily then painted with white around it all, more solid where the title needed to go. Then laid down the alphas and sprayed with sand glimmermist. I then outlined the letters in pen and shadow painted them to make them stand out more. tfl
