I knew right from the start what I would write about, this necklace might be a material posession but it holds great sentimental value for me, I adore it. However I just couldn't find the right words. When I was a teen my stepmum had my little sister Zoe who was stillborn. Throughout all my albums are layouts of other family members and I wanted some way to represent Zoe. When I heard this song years ago, written in memory of another little girl named Zoe who passed away it seems the perfect way to remember her.
