I have used Basic Grey Archaic Range, and have words from lullabys on them all to count as my "music". I have 3 different techs, stamping, machine cut die, and paper pierce with punches.4 commentsOct 25, 2009	October_24_09_a_001.jpgWilla MillaAs soon as I saw the sketch pieces I knew what I had to scrap. The thingy piece was a Willa Milla. The Cloud over Eve's head is also symbolic as at 19 she was diagnosed with a particularly aggressive form of cancer & died 6 mths. later. I stitched around the hills and wrote around the edge. The Photo is of Eve when she was almost 4; when the windmill would have been a Willa Milla. The second rectangle is the journaling tag. When I looked up the dates I was taken aback to find today was the anniversary of her death. My baby Sister.10 commentsOct 24, 2009

Oct_09_Sketch_Challenge.JPGInterview with 14 yo DDI again used this Challenge to interview my DD to get her thoughts and feelings at 14.The rectangle is behind the photo as a matt, the smaller rectangle is a matt behind the smaller photo, the cloud has a sub title, the star is an embellishment, I've used hand stitching at the left and hand-written the date. One day we can all look back and get a view into how they felt then. I've used Stamping on the background, stamping to ink the edges of my journal strips and stamped a filigree onto transparency.
