Karumba___Scrapbooking_050.JPGCC Sketch - One Pink RoomThanks for the sketch Allie The Art feature I used was decorating a girlie girl teenager's room PINK and the fact that I made the all the cushions and curtains for the room and my husband made the shelves and we bought the rug and chandelier. Which made one very happy DD. Used some very old Junkitz paper and MME & ribbons for the background. I made a little recycled envelope which contains a letter to my little gd Evie. I was there for her birth so it just explains how I felt and why I love her so very much..... Thanks for a great challenge Lisa (and as I dont journal that much I was thankful to get the words down on paper!!!!!) I used kraft c/s, red paint and staz on red ink, bo bunny pp, twine and random flowers, buttons and bling with october afternoon letters, which I coloured to match. I was a bit scared of the newspaper part but I scanned it in, printed it out on plain paper and then used diluted paint to wash over it to get the colour I wanted. 'My kind of ART'This is my take on Allie's sketch challenge. I loved the sketch BUT decided not to use p/p's as they just didnt work with the photo...Anyway I used my black signo pen and did some free-hand drawing...This is the cup and the oh so wonderful card I recieved for mothers day from no 1 grandson...I love these kind of gifts....
