IMG_4366.JPGBe AmazingJulia said something funny to me yesterday. She says "I think I'm getting my confidence back mum, I lost it in year 3 but it's coming back now"

So once I printed this picture out I wanted to do a page for her to tell her to ALWAYS be confident, be fearless, be brave, be honest and just be you. All of these things I told her while we were chatting but making the page for her seemed to make it sink in for her. She helped me pick the papers and embellies and says it's her favourite page I've ever made her :)

cards_more_009.JPGJune 2012 Card ChallengeMy three flowers are Rose, Blossom and Fuscia. The pink/purple card has been done with copic and the yellow card has been coloured with distress markers. I stamped and coloured the blossom and fuscia and then coloured, cut out and mounted the rose. I coloured the ribbons with markers to match.2 comments

The text is telling my youngest son how his father had to sit behind the wall, holding his shirt, so that he wouldn't fall down.
