th_P1060451.JPGHoneywine256 viewsThis is the take on the last challenge for MBM - what fun this has been.
Journaling says... 'It is something I love this scrapping hobby of mine. As I go through my photos and pick out those that mean the most to me. They are not always pretty or even always good but they evaoke a memory, which is sad, or happy, or precious, or one which not happen again because life or love changes things. My style has also changed from those early clean pages to the eclectic arty pages of today. My life changes......15 comments

pitcureperfect2.jpgTechnique Challenge Aug09252 views*** Thank you to someone for pointing out my spelling mistake, i hope to rectify this asap!! If only they made spell check for thickers!!****

This is my take at the technique challenge. I had fun with this one making the flowers. I turned some of them into buds with little rolled stalks.

The pp is MME and Prima, Leaves are Prima, KC bling, AC thickers and thread.7 comments

The_Guys_-_Therapy_Journalling_-_March_2010_(Medium).jpgMarch Journalling - "The Guys"252 viewsI switched up my interpretation of "journalling around the page" + journalled around the PP and photo as it seemed to suit better. I started this page to be for the sketch challenge for the CC last weekend, but didnt see the bit about it being green and by then even though I hadnt stuck it down I loved it so thought i'd make it work for something else!!!

In_Their_Footsteps.JPGIn Their Footsteps252 viewsMy great-great grandparents arrived in Aust in 1844 & were one of the original pioneers in the Crookwell area. My journalling is about how it felt to finally see their church & graves & the area where they lived. It brought them to life rather than just a name on the family tree. TFL!7 comments

Feb10_techinque_chall.jpgI luv U starsong.249 viewsMy take on the Feb technique challenge....I stuck down photos, a My Little Pony serviette and a heart paper doily then painted with white around it all, more solid where the title needed to go. Then laid down the alphas and sprayed with sand glimmermist. I then outlined the letters in pen and shadow painted them to make them stand out more. tfl6 comments
