 You may change your mind when you know that I look after up to 17 3-5 year olds a day. I usually do a three day week but sorted out getting Friday of so that my friend and I could go up to the big craft fair as our birthday treat.

Good morning all.

Yes it is cold here in Canberra but you get used to it. My cousin in Canada is always telling me that I don't know what cold is.

Its a pretty boring week for me, just work everyday.

A day off from work for me today ... yay! Got lots of kids stuff & house stuff I need to do so expect it will still be a busy one. It's pouring rain & quite cool here today, although nothing compared with Canberra    ... a perfect day to stay under a doona & watch movies.

A day of appointments for me, including a haircut, which will be nice. Perhaps a parcel will arrive from a delightful shop in Babinda - apparently it's "on board with the driver". :D

It arrived - no more excuses now, have to do that baby spread of my oldest (now 20!) with white lace and filigree patterns.

Hello from Karumba!

This is the farthest I get from home on this trip. Only 4 more days until we begin heading back east to Cairns. Have had a magical trip so far.

If you ever get a chance to check out the lava tubes at Undara, do so. The half day tour is great! Who knew such magical places existed.

It is bloody hot here though. 32 degrees today.

It is hey Ant...I am sitting next to my oil heater...have both my boys sick now.William has a terrible virul flu, and has had raging sore throat and high temps/fevers since Late Sunday night.Went to DR, and he said to just keep up the fluids and rest, if he gets worse then don't hesitate to come back...hate watching my babies sick...you feel so helpless!!!

You all seem to be having a busy week.

My week has been crazy.
I am currently in the last 2 weeks of semester for Uni which means that EVERYTHING is due in.
I am in the process of writing 3 essays. One is due in Friday, one next monday and one not this Friday but next.
As soon as I am done, I have an exam to study for.

BUSY BUSY.

I can't wait for semester break. I am so lounging in bed with bf watching movies. He has holidays to but I have requested that we don't do much because my mind needs a break. :)

On another note...new puppy is also keeping me busy. He certaintly needs entertainment. I am trying to write an essay and he is pulling on my trouser leg.
