just spent an hour uploading photos! not happy - 3 cameras each trying to use their own software and being dogmatic about where they put the photos. I've resorted to straight copy and paste. Of course, 2 routers, several computers and hard drives mean I then have to sync things to be able to easily access the photos from the computer in the study. Seems way too hard. Will need to put in a system request to resident technicians.

I have been doing a couple of layouts and loads of mini albums and a bit of art journalling; and adding to my blog which I only started in December so has been a steep learning curve!! Love being a part of this lovely friendly forum... I will have to do a challenge soon, I've never done one before!!
how is everyone enjoying the school holidays? at least here in Adelaide it is a bit cooler now
Finally finished my December daily (once I could find the photos!) . However, the photo filing is now back under control, if not all tagged, the new camera's software installed, and I understand a little bit better how our computer network is set up. A good day's work

so glad you are settling in around here Shauna Scrapping is a steep learning curve... no matter how long the scrapping been going for.... lol, I'm undergoing a bit of learning lately myself!
Oooh YES, I've been watching how hot Adelaide is... and they've been turning your power off too!! thats horrible! glad its all cooled down somewhat for you.
Its been lovely here (nowhere in comparison to yours!) and I've really enjoyed being in the garden - its looking lovely!!
Well it's fine, hot and humid here, will stay in the air conditioning and only venture outside at 6 in the morning or after 4 in the afternoon unless it's to go swimming. whew. I'll keep on with my scrapping.

Its overcast and coolish here... got cardigan on and socks! Its supposed to rain all week - blerk... I think I'll have some of yours Trisha, and you can have some of mine, and then it will be really pleasant for both of us
Well we are back in North Qld and certainly know it - my sore throat has completely vanished though and I just could not shake it down south. Rob on the other had is sneezing like a trouper again - Nth Qld is not so good for him maybe.
We are back in town for a week and then off again to CHA - nice to see you girls are already sussing out the best of the new releases. Will let you all know what we are definately ordering and of course keep you up to date on what we find in the USA and get your opinions on it all.
If any of you want orders get them in over the next couple of days and we will get them out before we leave, otherwise we will be back again soon
well we are being absolutely pummelled with rain atm, a loud thunderstorm right above us
not much chance of scrapping today, got my cousins boys here today for a sleepover tonight and of course my 2, so its rather noisy
hub has just gone off to get takeaway for us all though, least I don't have to cook tonight, was going to have a bbq but our pergola is drenched from the storm.. have been taking heaps of piccys lately, will get some prints done on monday for more mini albums methinks!
