You would think that after 20 odd years at work and working around the same playground for at least 8 of them I would know just how much I needed to duck to go under the monkey bars if I needed to make a mad dash. Nope Didn't duck far enough and I now have a bump, a mighty headache and have come home to hopefully sleep it of. :(

Going to the dentist wasn't too bad. Mine's away, so was going to a new one and a bit nervy about that but he was great. I usually choose not to have needles coz that's the part that bothers me the most.
Just the one toil-y for us here. but it's all good - was still able to use it and the plumbers been.

Hello Ladies :)

Happy New Year to you all. Yes, I am a bit late with that - it's been a busy start to the year for us. We are renovating a little dodgy house in a rural area 2 hours from home, and after 10 days of that over Christmas, we all started to lose the plot. To save our sanity - and that of the kids - we went camping on the beach at Teewah for 5 nights. That was what we all needed - absolute bliss!!! Now we are home again and it's so HOT :( We have a to do list that's a mile long, but at least there's a bit of time for scrapping!!! YAY - hopefully I'll get a couple of challenges done this month - LOL.

Hope your head is feeling better Julie, and hope that book turns up Mandy - nothing worse than knowing exactly what you want and not being able to find it! I had a mini clean up last night ... actually started to scrap on the kitchen table as I couldn't find my scrap desk  all good now though :) ready to use today!

Happy Hump Day everyone - it's all down hill till the weekend now, then 1 more week after that and the kids are back at school for me - yippee!!! Love having them around, but they are missing their friends terribly ...

Happy New Year to you too Sandra!
You sound as busy as always and so glad you too time out to go camping.
I wish it were warmer here!! Its a miserable cold wet day. Last night I lit the log fire in the loungeroom cos it was sooooooo chilly! And might even think about doing that again today :| Old Blackie (cat) was happy curled up in front of it last night - he was still there this morning!

We really could do with some warmth here!
You talking about scrapping at home and it makes me think of the day we spent scrapping on your back veranda- that was such a fun day! Its great you are going to find some time to do some challenges missy - yeah- bout time!

Nah, didnt find the jolly book grrrr - had to go to 'Plan B' - oh well, no doubt the thing will turn up..... and I'll growl at it!
