Papers are from the Echo Park "Splash" collection, jewels are Kaisercraft, buttons from my stash, paper twine is Green Tara. Making the frame was time consuming but I love the effect - thanks for the inspiration Deb! Papers are Kaisercraft Fun Fair (I didn't have any trim). I distressed and folded up the edges of all the layers, and cut the lettering with thte Tim Holtz Typeset Strip Die.
