Cousins~2.jpgCousinsThis is my eldest son Darryn and his cousin Lisa. They were born three months apart and have been very close all their lives. All papers and tags were Paper pizazz Vintage papers. I have used 2 flourish stamps and 2 word stamps.I have inked and distressed the edges. The embellishments are from my stash.8 comments11/11/09 at 18:58Sandra D: so sweet! love the colours and photo
CC_Theme_Challenge.JPGCC Theme ChallengeI have gone with the 'STAMP' part of stampede for this one. The three different stamps include some 'StampinUp', some 'Grace Taylor' and an 'Unknown' one I've had for ages. The materials I've used include KC PP, The Scrapbook Lady LaserCuts, KC Felt Flower, Prima Flowers, KC Rhinestones and Pearls, glitter (on the butterflys), Cre8tive Leaves, ribbons and brads from stash. 8 comments11/11/09 at 18:57Sandra D: beautiful stamping. lovely layout

Muriel_008.JPGThis ManI never met this man. He was the father of my friend Gloria [I'm flooded in at her place and don't have any of my own photos] To scrap him I did some research into his life and am very impressed by his character. He lived bravely, loved wholeheartedly and deeply, worked tirelessly, and was loved and respected by those who knew him.
I used CS and stamped with Ronna Farrer word frourishes that described this man as best I could. The PP is Paper Pizazz vintage range. I made the journaling tag with stamps.8 comments11/11/09 at 18:56Sandra D: great job! and making the most of the weather too...
