didn't have any material (couldn't find it actually - it's in that safe place) so just used pp instead and distressed it to make it look frayed. Decided to put ribbon on top of pp instead of just under it. also cut base pp down to 8.5 x 11.

I bubblewrap painted the calico fabric (did it with blue paint first then didn't like that so turned it over and did the other side yellow and some of the yellow bled thru to the blue side so then I liked the blue side better lol) and cut my little flowers out of the bubble wrap as well.
