serenity-2.jpgSerenityIt looks a little more green now that I look at the photo of the layout, but in the shop it looked far more blue! But I'm quite happy with it and loved this colour challenge.4 commentsFeb 04, 2010

January-Moriah.jpgJanuary 2010This year I plan on doing a layout for each of my daughters for each month. At the end of the year I hope to have an album that we'll treasure in time to come as we'll be able to look back on the "journey" of their growth and special moments. This month I used Jenni Bowlin papers which fitted this challenge perfectly. 6 commentsFeb 02, 2010

These photos were taken in 1974 when my parents went back to Canada for a visit and are all faded. I had a lot of trouble getting them to stick down until I tried the 450 adhesive.5 commentsJan 22, 2010
mURI_temp_2f82deab.jpgJanuary Color Challenge 2010 - My Beautiful Girl Spread Your Wings And FlyThis is a photo of my dd at the end of year production for her school, she was fortunate enough to have the lead role for the K/1 which was a real achievement. The title for this LO has a special meaning to me as the first year Brooke started school which continued on throughout this year was constantly bullied which has had a detrimentally effect on her confidence and self esteem so throughout her journey of these years l have seen my dd "Spread her Wings and Fly" regardless what has been put before her.11 commentsJan 21, 2010

ColourChallenge.jpgThrow Me The KeysI used October Afternoon papers, Spotlight Lace, Carolees Creations Letters, My Minds Eye Journaling Card and some keys that somebody gave me to use in my scrapping while at the retreat.... i cannot remember her name, i feel terrible. Was it Karen?!?!?! Maybe?!?!?!?! They are Toyota Keys and she very kindly gave them to me after hearing why i'm called "Corolla" on the forum.
I used Missy Higgins' lyrics in the title. 4 comments
